We also carry a selection of whisky, including Single Malt Scotch whiskies together with a selection of premium Canadian whisky, to pay homage to our founder, Sir John A Macdonald. This year, Prospective Members were invited to a series of whisky tastings hosted by Club member Jan Westcott, CEO of Spirits Canada.

Cocktail of the Month
The Albany Mojito
Ingredients:
.5 oz. of Pimms, 1 oz. of St. Germain Liqueur, splash of Prosecco, Mint leaves
Directions:
- Muddle some mint leaves in a shaker without sugar
- Add Pimms, St. Germain Liqueur and ice to the shaker and stir
- Pour into a rocks glass
- Top with Prosecco and squeeze juice of lime
- Add mint sprig for garnish along with a lime wheel
