Travel the world of wine from the comfort of your home! Every month, taste and learn about 3 incredible wines not available at LCBO stores. The first 3 destinations have been added to the itinerary, sit back with a charcuterie platter from Chef Jay and join an advanced sommelier, Serge Janjic, as he walks you through each wine discussing the history, geography, climates, terroir, tasting notes, and food pairings!
#1: Eviva Espana | Friday, April 30th • 7:00pm
In the first class, Eviva Espagna, we’ll talk about incredibly versatile food and wine culture of Spain. On our “travel” through Spain, between Mediterranean Sea to Atlantic Ocean, we’ll be learning about regions of Catalonia, Rioja, and Galicia.
