Join a panel about another accomplishment of our country’s first Prime Minister, Sir. John A. Macdonald. Looking at the Bank Act, and it’s impact on modern banking, Club Historian Joe Martin will be joined by a candidate for nomination in Simcoe North and moderated by Club Director, Janet Ecker. 

Adam is an Assistant Vice President at Canada Life working within its Canadian wealth and financial advisory businesses.  Previously, Adam served as the Executive Assistant and later, Director of Policy, to Canada’s Finance Minister, Jim Flaherty.  Adam’s time in the Department of Finance coincided with the Great Recession, which also included attending meetings of G7 Finance Ministers, IMF and World Bank. Adam graduated with joint law/MBA degrees from Western University.
