MEMORIAL SERVICE VIEWING & CLUB CELBRATION
In honour of Premier William G. Davis P.C., C.C., O.Ont., Q.C.
Premier William Davis was beloved and revered by many Albany Club members.
On November 4, his memorial service at Roy Thomson Hall will be live streamed. A few blocks east, the Club will host a viewing of this service and an opportunity to honour the former Premier. The memorial service viewing will commence at 11:00 a.m. The memorial will be led by Steve Paikin and speakers are expected to include Premier Ford, Mayor Tory, Hon. Hugh Segal and Hon. Bob Rae.
Our Club event will include a buffet – that will feature some of Premier Davis’s favourite Club treats. You can share stories and memories and there will be a memorial toast at the end of our event.
